This form is for our Infant Waitlist. Please note: completing this form does not guarantee a spot at Kindred Gardens. However, it will secure your place on our waitlist.

Our waitlist is organized based on the following factors:

• Registration date and time stamp

• Space required date

• Child’s age

• Priority group: Currently enrolled families with a child already in our program may receive priority under our “Sibling” policy. This means a family with a sibling in the program may receive placement before someone who applied earlier.

Waiting Times
We cannot predict how quickly the waitlist will progress or provide an approximate entry date. Waiting times depend on our license capacity and “Sibling” priority policies. Many families submit their applications early, sometimes as soon as conception. However, applications submitted prior to conception are not accepted.

When a Space Becomes Available
When a space becomes available, we will notify you by phone and email. Please note:

• You must respond within two (2) business days of notification.

• If we do not hear back, we will contact the next family on the list.

• If you decline a space or fail to respond, your application will move to the bottom of the waitlist.

If the offered space does not meet your criteria and you decline, your position on the waitlist will remain unchanged.

Acceptance and Enrollment
If you accept a space, you are responsible for all payments from the date the space is reserved, regardless of your child’s actual start date. A $150 enrollment fee is required upon submission of a completed enrollment package.

Hold Option
We offer families the option to hold a paid space for up to 6 months ahead of the requested start date.
