Our Locations
Kindred Gardens proudly operates two sites in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Our original campus, located at 5A and 5C Dr. Osman Babson Road, offers a warm, nurturing environment for early learners. The 5C building is home to our Infant–Toddler Suite, featuring age-specific classrooms thoughtfully designed to meet the unique developmental needs of infants and toddlers in a calm, responsive setting.

Our sister site at 85 Eastern Avenue serves preschool and pre-kindergarten children, providing larger classrooms and engaging learning environments that foster independence, creativity, and school readiness.

Each classroom at Kindred is thoughtfully designed to support the developmental needs of young children. We offer experiences that both challenge and nurture each child's cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth. Throughout the day, children are given opportunities to create, explore their surroundings, build personal interaction skills, and develop problem-solving abilities through hands-on experiences.
Our staff members serve as positive role models—supportive, nurturing, and responsive to each child’s unique needs. We recognize parents as the most important figures in a child's life and strive to complement your role by providing an environment where children feel secure, valued, and enjoy their time in our care.
🌱 Infant Room (0–10 months )
Our infant room offers a calm, nurturing start for our youngest infants. This space focuses on secure attachment and gentle sensory engagement. Teachers provide individualized care that follows each baby’s natural rhythms .. supporting feeding, sleep, and bonding in a peaceful environment. With soft lighting, cozy textures, and mindful routines, the Willow Room is where growth begins to take root.
🌿 Toddler Room (10–15 months)
​Our toddler Room supports older infants as they become more mobile and curious about their surroundings. With open floor space for crawling, climbing, and first steps, children are encouraged to explore safely and confidently. Teachers introduce early routines, songs, and sensory play that promote language, balance, and emerging independence. The Birch Room bridges the comfort of infancy with the excitement of discovery.
Little Sprouts!
We create an environment that allows for functional play experiences by including new materials in each of the classroom’s learning centers. Through the day your child will explore, learn, and play at: Art, Creative Exploration, Blocks, Dramatic Play, Library, Music, Sand & Water, Science & Discovery Tables. Involving them in activities that will develop new skills to further their independence and critical thinking processes
Mighty Sprouts !
Pre-school Program - 3.5 years to 5 years
Preschoolers are inventors, problem solvers, discoverers, and dreamers. Our program will have a positive effect on your child’s academic performance, while learning through play.
Preschoolers have a natural need to gain new information and have a desire to master multiple tasks, much of what your child will learn will be through self direct experience and play.

Toddler Program - 2.8 years to 3.5 years
